Confermate ancora una volta le proprietà antibatteriche del legno

[:it]Una recente ricerca pubblicata sulla prestigiosa rivista scientifica Food Protection Trends ha confermato, ancora una volta,  le qualità anti-batteriche del pallets in legno soprattutto se comparato alla plastica.

Lo studio condotto da Boersig e Cliver (M.R. Boersig, D.O. Cliver, The Role of Pallets In Microbial Food Safety,  Food Protection Trends,  October 2010, Vol.30, No.1, Pages 576-579, International Association for Food Protection)  afferma difatti che il numero di batteri diminuisce notevolmente a contatto con il legno, mentre si moltiplica a contatto con superfici plastiche.

This study conducted by Boersig and Cliver (M.R. Boersig, D.O. Cliver, The Role of Pallets In Microbial Food Safety,  Food Protection Trends,  October 2010, Vol.30, No.1, Pages 576-579, International Association for Food Protection) states that the number of bacteria decreases considerably when they come in contact with wood surfaces, while it  multiplies on plastic surfaces.
